Executive Director

Bobbie Skudrna

Bobbie Skudrna has been the Executive Director of Alden Courts of Waterford since February 2008. She began her career in health care 15 years ago when she became a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Over the years, she has worked in sales and marketing and came to the Alden of Waterford campus in October 2007 as Marketing Liaison/Placement Coordinator at Alden Gardens of Waterford Assisted Living Community. She says she enjoys "the feeling of accomplishment I get from helping people."

Activity Director

April Davidson

April Davidson joined the “Alden family” in 2003 as Activity Director at Alden Courts of Waterford. She is responsible for planning activities to best meet the needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia-related illnesses. Her dedication to the facility and compassion toward each and every resident is evident in the response she receives from them and their family members.

Program Manager

Shannon Dysart

Shannon Dysart joined Alden Courts of Waterford as Program Manager in May 2008. She has experience in outpatient mental health counseling and worked at an adult daycare center for individuals with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Shannon received a master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University in Aurora.

Office Manager

Jessica Aponte, CNA

Jessica Aponte has been the Office Manager at Alden Courts of Waterford since May 2008. She has nearly 10 years of experience in the field of health care. Jessica is a Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomist. Her prior work experience and keen organizational skills give Jessica the knowledge to assist residents and family members in a variety of areas.
